Shipping & Delivery
All graduation items ordered prior to the on campus delivery date will be delivered to the student at the scheduled in-school delivery time. All delivery dates are subject to change. If ordered after delivery date to your school we will make every effort to deliver to your school but there is a chance you will have to pick up at our store location.
Note: Your order will be delivered to you at your school on the scheduled delivery date in the spring. Any items not picked up at school on the scheduled delivery date will need to be picked up at the Bluegrass Jewelry office in Louisville. If you wish for your order to be shipped to your home, additional shipping charges will apply. We will drop pre deliverable items off to your school soon after your order is received if you are in the Louisville area so that you can enjoy them now. These items include:

Return Policies
Graduation Cap Gowns and Regalia Return Policies
Except in cases of manufacturer defect, customized, personalized and monogrammed items are noteligible for returns. Eligible stock items may be available for returns. Please note a broken sale fee & shippingfee will apply. Note: products and packaging must be in new condition, unopened and will not be returned if worn or altered in any way.
Refund Policy for Graduation Products
Refunds will only be issued to non-graduates or student's transferring to schools not serviced by Bluegrass Jewelry, LLC. All refund requests must be submitted along with documentation showing withdrawal or change of graduation date from the school attended and a written request from the customer for a refund. All requests for refunds must be submitted prior to school graduation date. No refunds will be allowed after graduation date.
Cancelation Policy for Graduation Products
Cancelation of order must be submitted within 72 hours of order and prior to receiving any products. All requests for cancelation must be submitted in writing either electronically to balfour@bellsouth.net or by mail to:

Return and Exchange Policy for Graduation Products
All requests for returns or exchanges must be done at our store at 10821 Bluegrass Pkwy, Louisville, KY.
All returns and exchanges must be in original packaging and unused. We do not accept returns of personalized items. All personalized items can be corrected if created incorrectly by Bluegrass Jewelry, LLC. The information provided the customer in the order process will be used to create all personalized items.
